7 April, 2015 The XXVI Congress of the Association of Russian Banks was held on April 7, 2015 in Moscow’s Hall of Columns. Representatives from the Russian Federation’s financial sector focussed on creating an anti-crisis strategy. As a major supplier to the banking sector, OSG Records Management took part in the event.

Nabiullina, Chairman of the Central Bank of Russia commented that an increase in the state's share in the financial sector was not necessary. And that in this situation, all the players of the financial sector should work together to learn from previous mistakes and optimize their financial and labor costs.

Legislation to stimulate the development of cloud computing business
According to the Central Bank, towards the end of 2015 the banking sector will start to show a positive return on investment. Nabiullina commented that the Central Bank assessment of the Russian banking system is stable. The banks have an adequate capital buffer, said the press service of the ARB.
Of particular interest to the audience was speech by the Chief Executive Officer of Alfa-Bank, Alexey Marey. According to him, the feasibility of legislation to stimulate the development of cloud computing business increases. Increase in the share of non-cash payments in the segment of small and medium-sized businesses should also be strengthened.
The Chairman of the Management Board of Rosbank, Dmitry Olyunin pointed out the importance of the transfer of all correspondence from banks to regulators and customers in electronic form.

Regional Banks want to reduce the high costs of providing paper tax statements, by using an electronic form.» said Maxim Sitin.
