5 December, 2013 Siberian Bank of Sberbank of Russia and OSG Records Management» signed an agreement of document storage on 10th of November in Novosibirsk. The agreement was signed according with the new standards of the Central office of «Sberbank of Russia».
Cooperation between the two leading companies began over five years ago. Just then, Sberbank and OSG signed the first agreement of rendering of integrated documents management services.
Supported by OSG Sberbank organized workflow in offices and improved the productivity by reducing document storage space.
The head of Sberbank of Russia decided to extend positive cooperation with OSG and signed the forthcoming agreement in Novosibirsk in 2012. The agreement covers the reorganization of document management and storage of Sberbank. In particular, OSG has developed a unique complex of measurements suitable only for Siberian Bank of Sberbank of Russia. OSG picks documents from Sberbank’s branches according with the individual schedule. This form of long-term principal cooperation between Siberian Bank of Sberbank of Russia and OSG Records Management will encourage development of both organizations, as well as it shows the high degree of trust.
Both sides confirmed the importance of extending long-term cooperation.
