23 October, 2014 OSG Records Management supports International Paper-Free Day, which this year falls on October 23rd. By participating, OSG wants to help Russian and International companies become aware of how vital their corporate responsibility strategies are. As the name suggests, the object of this annual event is to make it a day without paper – by using a rational approach to the use of paper-based information.
This innovation is called e-Archive (electronic archive) and gives you access to documents in an electronic format in any location, at any time and on any device.
In addition, OSG offers clients confidential document destruction. Special, secure boxes are positioned in offices so clients can post into them any paper documents with confidential information on them. These are collected by OSG and contents are shredded securely before being recycled.
OSG even has 'green' solutions for those paper documents legislation requires we keep. With OSG's intelligent i-Archive, clients move their paper documents to a specially designed storage facility. It means they have better efficiency and need less space in their office.
And naturally, OSG and their employees also take the principles of corporate responsibility very seriously! OSG's Head Office is indeed 'paperless'!
