28 May, 2012 On 21-23 May, The Guild of Managers Documentation, with the support of the State Duma, Federation Council of Federal Assembly of Russian Federation and the Government of Moscow, brought together leading experts for a professional forum ‘Effective document management in government and local government’ – INFODOCUM 2012.
Over recent years, INFODOCUM has rightly established itself as an important annual gathering of experts in the field of document management. The event enables leading experts to debate topical issues in the field of information and records management and also to exchange practical experiences.
At the plenary session of the conference Alexey V. Rykov, OSG Records Management’s Director of Operations, member of TSEPK and the Public Council at the Federal Archival Agency of Russia, and member of the Guild of control documentation joined a prestigious panel of experts for a round table discussion on the issues of legal regulation for working with electronic documents, technology management models, synchronizing paper and electronic documents, and the issue of transferring electronic documents to permanent storage. Other panel mebers were: Mikhail V. Larin, Director of the Institute of Documentation and Archives, a member of the "Guild of Governors of the Documentation", Doctor, Professor Sergey Zhuk, deputy director of the Department of records and archives of the Government of the Russian Federation, Rm . N, Sergey Afanasiev, executive director of the "Guild of Governors of the Documentation"; Bachilo Illaria Lavrentyevna, Head of Information Sector, State and Law Institute of Sciences, Doctor of Law, Professor Hope A. Blue, deputy chief of the Division of Applied Information Systems and Electronic Information resources of the Office of Information and Document Support Staff of the Federal Assembly of Russian Federation; Hramtsovsky Natalia, a leading expert in document management company, "Electronic Office Systems", a member of the "Guild of Governors of the Documentation" and ARMA International, Ph.D.
