11 December, 2012 Jolanta Augustyniak, OSG Poland's Director General, has been ranked as one of Poland's best business managers by leading social and political commentary magazine "Wprost". The feature called TOP PROFESSIONALS, listed her for the category of archiving documents.
The Wprost panel considered factors such as consistency, planned strategy of action, customer-focus and consistent business growth. The focus was on the level of quality of products and services, customer satisfaction and the overall professionalism of the team.
The rankings were announced at an awards ceremony and later published in Wprost's business supplement BUSINESS GATE. They were categorised by industry sector. Other leaders recognised in the rankings included Michael Czeredys - President of Arcus, Tomasz Dąbrowski - Managing Partner of Salans, Zbigniew Jagiełło - President of PKO BP, the biggest national bank of Poland; Jacek Krawiec - President of PKN Orlen, the biggest petroleum company in Poland; Peter Kledzik – the President of Bilfinger Berger Construction, Bożena Lublińska- Kasprzak, Head of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, Artur Olech - President of the Generali Group, Grazyna Piotrowska-Oliwa - President of the Polish Oil and Gas Company, Arthur Radwan - President Masovian Railways, Maciej Witucki - of Orange, Robert Sowa - Restaurateur and Chef, and Hanna Zdanowska - President of the city of Łódź.
A special prize was also handed to Mikołaj Budzanowski, who was commended for his courage and determination as Minister of the Treasury, and former Undersecretary of State in SMEs. The awards covered the main industries that are important for the development of business in Poland. The panel also stressed the importance of excellent management of government. OSG Polska has successfully engaged in the professional management and archiving of documents for over 12 years.

Jolanta Augustyniak was appointed Director-General of OSG Polska, in 2000. She also took the role of Director General of OSG for Central and Eastern Europe in 2007. During her time with OSG, the company has won numerous awards for innovation in records management and customer care. She graduated from the Faculty of History at the University of Warsaw and studied Economics as a PhD student at the Faculty of Management at Warsaw University. She has extensive management experience in multinational corporations, starting her career as a sales manager in the private medical services for the giant European emergency company Falck A / S, before switching to the security industry to work for G4S. She was awarded "Manager of the Year 2009".
